Information you enter

The enquiry form asks for an adult’s name and contact details, course choice, preferred learning format, an optional child’s age and an optional message. Do not include identity documents, medical information or other sensitive details. Children should ask a parent or guardian to make the enquiry.

What happens when you click

Form values remain in the open page until you choose to continue. Clicking “Agree & continue to WhatsApp” places them in a WhatsApp link to prepare a message. This shares the link contents with WhatsApp; Language Dome receives the message when you send it. The prepared message includes the terms and privacy version, your acknowledgement and the time of the click. If you edit or do not send that message, we have no independent website record of your acceptance.

Purpose and choice

The requested permission is limited to preparing, receiving and responding to your course enquiry. It is not consent to marketing. You can close the form without continuing, or contact us by telephone or email. Once received, your enquiry is handled through the relevant business communication account, not a database provided by this website.

Website storage and technical services

This website does not save completed enquiry forms to its own database. It uses a browser session-storage flag to avoid repeatedly showing the popup; the flag contains no form information. Hosting is provided by Vercel, and fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Those providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser details and requested resources. No advertising or analytics script has been added to this version of the website.

Third-party handling

WhatsApp, hosting, font and email providers operate under their own privacy practices and may process information outside the UAE. A WhatsApp link may also remain in browser history. See WhatsApp’s privacy policy for its practices.

Retention and your requests

The website itself has no enquiry archive. Messages you send may remain in the business WhatsApp or email account and its provider backups. Contact us to ask about the retention of a particular enquiry, request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further enquiry-related processing. Applicable legal retention requirements may limit deletion; withdrawal does not undo information already transmitted.
