Website and course enquiries

These terms cover use of this website and requests for information about our courses. Enquiries must be made by an adult parent or guardian. Please provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share.

Agreement when continuing

By clicking “Agree & continue to WhatsApp” after the notice is displayed, you agree to these terms. The button prepares an enquiry in WhatsApp; you must send the message there for Language Dome to receive it. Opening WhatsApp does not confirm a booking, place an order or take payment.

Courses and enrolment

Language Training covers Turkish, English and Arabic, available in person and online. Child Skills Development Centre covers Problem-solving and Critical Thinking Training. Availability, fees, schedules, trial arrangements, cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed separately before enrolment or payment. These website terms do not introduce a cancellation fee or waive any mandatory consumer rights.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how the enquiry works. The notice requests permission to share the information entered for the purpose of handling your enquiry. It does not grant permission for unrelated promotional messages.

External services

WhatsApp is an external service with its own terms and privacy practices. Its availability is outside our control. You can contact us by email or telephone instead.
